Valley fog is likely to develop overnight. Wednesday will be dry with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will rise into the 20s from overnight lows in the single digits. Winds will be westerly at 10 to 15 miles per hour.Some potential persist at the upper elevations for humans to trigger surface slabs one to two feet in depth in steep, wind loaded avalanche starting zones. The general avalanche hazard is expected to be MODERATE at the upper elevations and LOW at the mid and lower elevations.
