Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Very warm daytime temperatures have helped to stabilize south facing slopes but instabilities persist in the snowpack on shaded aspects. Pockets of slabs up to 18 inches in depth lie upon crusts, faceted layers and buried surface hoar from the October snowpack and could be triggered by backcountry travellers.
