Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. New snow and varying winds have loaded avalanche terrain with new soft slabs to two feet in depth. These slabs lie upon an unstable snowpack. Skiers and riders will be able to trigger slab avalanches today on steep terrain which are likely to pull out the deeper unstable snow up to five feet in depth.
