Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. At the upper elevations very shallow isolated pockets of soft slabs to eight inches in depth exist on steep wind loaded avalanche terrain. These slabs lie on a slick crust and could triggered on steep avalanche starting zones. Wet slides may be possible on steep snow covered slopes in the afternoon if significant warming occurs.
