Quick report
After the return of winter for the last couple weeks, spring is in the air! That’s what it felt like above the valley fog today. Heavy snowpack with rollerballs aplenty noted at mid elevations facing south and west. High elevation showed signs of previous warming with mildly crusty conditions and wet loose slides on steep aspects facing Southwest. No other signs of instability noted today. Wind loading was present, but mild.
