We were a group of 3 skinning up the nose of Iguana. We transitioned just before reaching rock and traversed to northwest aspect for descent. Surface of snow was wind hardened. First person triggered a wind slab releasing 50 yds above him and was carried ~75 yards. Airbag was deployed. Skier partially buried, but head and torso above snow. No injury. Small amount of shoveling done by companions to unbury skier. Crown was 6-12” deep, 50 yards wide, slide ran 150 yards. Crown was in area of 40 degree slope, skier entered and slid on 30 degree slope.
