Buck

Skied the central path at Buck, snow coverage was great for the upper half, lower half had a few elders. 160cm at 2100m. 35cm of facets at the base, and a vague crusty layer at 115cm, which we couldn't get to fail during compression testing. Flurries all day, warming to near 0 in the afternoon. Snow was getting a bit sticky lower down, and the skin track over the lake had some slush. Coverage on the approach is a bit thin, but good for this time of year.
