Notable Fairview south

Went to Fairview yesterday. Ski cut a sz 2-2.5 on a south alpine cross loaded slope. crown was 4F, 20cm x 15m and ran about 400m. Entrained lots of mass on the way down. Went on the Dec8/14 combo, crust and facets. The slide did cross the surprise pass skin track but can confirm that no one was crossing below at the time. Not an ideal ski cut nor a proud moment. We took a cautious descent down the skiers right side. Few other notables, sz 1.5 windslab, -24hrs, north alp, a couple of witnessed natural sz 1 loose dry, as well a a sz 2 deep pers. north treeline above the lake louise.
