Spring conditions at Zoa

Thick rain affected melt-freeze crust all around. Very pronounced inversion, temp at the bottom was -6 C at 8:00 AM, by the time I reached top of pipeline road it was noticeably above freezing. Snow depth 210 at 1780 m, lost about 50 cm since last weekend. Ski pen 0 Boot pen 5 On the way back pipeline road was mashed potatoes so could make some half decent turns through bumpy surface.
