Black Prince Hoar Frost

Mellow day shaking off the rust in the trees of Black Prince. Observed significant surface hoar almost everywhere we went. Stayed well below tree line, though I neglected to track our elevation. Probably only made it a little above 2000m. We went up the gully on the SE (lookers right) side of the ridge just before you get to Warspite lake and stayed on that side of the ridge for the day. Skied better than we were expecting up high, but the lower trees above Waspite lake still have a lot of filling in to do. Weather was warm and sunny. Bit of a punch crust from the freeze and thaw over the last few days. Can't seem to upload my photos of the hoar frost. Keep getting an error. Sorry.
