We skied some skiing north facing slopes around Needle Peak. The skiing was pretty fast with even a bit of sluffing from about 20cm of fresh on top a layer of wet/denser snow. Pretty good day, we skied some steeper convex slopes without issues and triggering anything. Mostly cloudy with a bit of sun and almost no wind on the ridge! There was some evidence of pin balling on the eastern slopes and Flatiron had a bit of cornice debris. The snow started turning nice at about 1400m. On the way out it looked like Markhor had some evidence of slab avalanches on the north side, but hard to tell how old. The ski out at the bottom is in usual spring shape, but softened up a bit in the afternoon with water dripping from the trees.
