Quick report

We didn’t observe any other instabilities, other than wind effected upper ESE, minor cornice fall and solar loose very minor. We did travel conservative, and stayed away from very steep north, and wind loaded slopes.

Avalanche

Saw one natural wind slab avalanche on the north aspect in the headwaters of the east fork of the Weezer river. Just below the Granite Creek Trail, the crown was was about a foot deep and approximately 250 yards wide . It was big enough to injure or bury a person
