Above 4500' on the south slope of Snoqualmie, while thin, noticeable wind slab sitting on top of hard, smooth crust. Pinwheels, heavy sloughing, and rollerballs highly present above angle of repose. Turned back at 5500' as terrain traps and complexity were unavailable.
