Toured up to 6500’ above Bullion Basin towards Cement Basin. At the divide there was no more than 10” of snow completely saturated to the ground. In isolated areas with wind loading small wet slides could be initiated on very steep test slopes on a crust approximately 6” below the surface. Prior to 11am a very thick melt freeze crust was present but melted as the sun warmed the slopes. Ride down was uneventful with most turns bottoming out the snowpack.
