Stevens Pass Sidecountry (boundary trees, Susan Jane Bowl, Grace Lakes)

- Set off a small convex, unsupported test slope that broke cleanly within the new storm snow about 12” deep (see video). This was at the base of the clearing in Susan Jane Bowl. - We observed cracking and kick turn test failures in wind drifted snow near ridge lines throughout the day.
