Quick report
The snowpack was very stable today. We did see some signs of windloading at higher elevations than we were able to ride to. There was significant signs of rain from last night up to about 6000' the weather today was overcast and stayed very close to 32°f above 5500° we dug a hasty pit at 6200', 70cm of snow depth. The most recent snow was fist hard over the 12/26 rain crust and was bonding very well. Beneath that we found 4F hard snow to the 12/18 crust which was 45cm down and pencil hard to the ground. A quick compession test showed no results.
