Quick report

We skied several NE and NW facing slopes around or under 30°, all of which were skiing great. There was a wind skin in some places, but sheltered areas felt generally unaffected. Exposed ridgelines and the S and E faces we encountered had intense wind board/hearty wind slabs. We kept it simple today but observed no avalanches, shooting cracks, or whumphing. Winds last night were strong to extreme, with mature lodgepoles bending intensely.
