GLOP aptly describes today’s conditions. Snow on the E-S-W slopes was sticky, and a small wet loose avalanche was observed in the "Funnel." No additional signs of instability were noted during the observation.

Inverted temps, warm up high with katabatic winds in the morning. Calm in the afternoon.
Snowpack
I dug on a northeast facing slope at 8450'. The surface snow is faceting with a dense slab (70 cm thick) over the 12/13 layer. Stability tests results were DT25 (SC), PST33/100 (End), and PST35/100 (End).
