Light, trickling snowfall off and on through the late morning hours. Calm winds. Temps in upper 20s F.
Snowpack
No formal obs, just moving up and down terrain. I experienced widespread, localized collapsing as I traveled through snow that had not been touched this season. Most collapses were small, extending only a few ski lengths out from my skis. A few were larger, propagating across entire meadows. General sense is that we just don't quite have enough of a slab here yet to have widespread problems, but we are close. If you go looking for this problem you can probably find it.
