Awesome Halcyon Snow!

Great conditions with about 20cm of dense but dry powder on top of the firm layer below. Temps varied between -3 and -5. Calm lower with light, variable winds (N and S) at about 1000m. Light snow began later in the afternoon. No evidence of recent avalanches, nor any concerns in the areas travelled (lower slopes in the trees).
