Went for a sunset ski at Hankin. ~15cms of light snow on top of crust. Crust is now supportive with new snow to absorb body weight. Snow was more like 20+cms higher up. The bottom half of the runs are filling in nicely. Wind pressed powder in relatively sheltered Cabin Bowl area. Ridge top winds looked strong. No avalanches, whumpfing, or shooting cracks observed. Cold temps of approx. -15C at sunset. Surface hoar beginning to grow in clear, cold nights.
