Travels today in Upper Weber Canyon revealed the extent of the damage done by yesterday's east winds. Good riding and turning conditions could be found in sheltered, shady zones. The attached snowpit is dug on sheltered, shady NW. Two juvenile weak layers can be observed at 159 and 108cm. The upper layer was buried 2/26, and the lower is most likely the layer buried 2/2. Though they revealed themselves in shovel shears, they did not produce a result in an ECT.
