Carlsberg Column

The day was warm today with -6 degrees C in the morning and -3 around midday, calm winds, and scattered clouds. The snowpack was faceted to ground and we did not come across the persistent layer or wind slab underfoot. P1 isn't in and we walked around - thank you for the handline. P2 had a section with trickier early season ice, but it goes. P3 was wet and well protected. We also hiked up to Guinness and P1 isn't in. Field is still looking boney for this time of year. On our drive back, we were able to get eyes on Massey's - not in, Twisted - not in. Silk Tassels looks like there is a line that connects, but did not see avalanche debris at the base.
