Old Glory

While skinning up the shoulder of Old Glory around 12:30pm, a South West aspect at 2300m, on relatively low angle slope, we experienced multiple large whumpfs on wind affected snow. The whumpfs came with a lighting like sound. We opted to skiing back down the shoulder instead of dropping into the bowl.
