Quick report

Red Flags Comment

No notable cracking or collapsing. Fun sluffs on steeper slopes.

Hand pit at 9400 feet on NE aspect. Recent weather has resulted in a more uniform snowpack, crusts and layers less evident. Two feet total.

This is about as good as the visibility got higher on the rige.

Snowpack

Intermittent graupel up until noon, then switched to heavy snow. Slush at the Tony Grove Parking lot, wet snow in the South Tony Grove area, drier as you went up the ridge.
