Quick report
Made it out into the Tony Grove area today… along with half of the valley. The riding was amazing and the stability seemed to be very good considering we’ve received 36” in the last two days. We dropped 10-15 feet onto some 40 degree east facing test slopes and only had minor cracking in the top few inches of the snowpack. Other than that, we did not see any signs of instability. We didn’t see much sluffing but we stayed on mellow slopes other than the few test slopes we were on. Traveling with the sleds was extremely fun but climbing was difficult to the copious amounts of new snow.
