Probably ran New Year’s Eve or earlier. Maybe early New Year’s Day. Hard to tell if the dusting from New Year’s Eve was in the track or not. Could have been remotely triggered by skin track on ridge or natural. Not sure on D size of avalanche. Big east bowl on carbon. Crown was at least 150-200 yards long. Could not see extent of crown directly below skin track. Maybe 1.5-2 feet deep at crown. Looked like it entrained more snow further down avi track. Ran to flat area in bottom of bowl. To the ground most of the way down. Deposition field looked big. Not sure how deep. Persistent slab or wind slab below ridge line.
