OVC with a break in precipitation this morning S-1 with 1" of accumulation until 1430 when snowfall rates picked up to S2. Max temp 25/14 deg. SW 10-20 G 30. HST: 10.5"/0.82" SWE
Snowpack
6" from last night generally bonded well on E-S-W aspects. Moderate wind loading lee of ridgelines on EBM up to 1' thick slabs were soft with no cracking observed. W aspects BTL/ NTL also was well bonded. Soft non-destructive storm slabs 6-10" thick propagating 20-30 ' on terrain >35 deg. where old bed surfaces had been previously ski packed. No signs of any gouging or stepping down from the shallow storm slabs.
