- Red Flags Comment
-
Other than fresh natural (and triggered) loose dry avalanches, we did not encounter any red flags

We found very nice shallow powder and dust-on-crust conditions. The new snow was prone to loose avalanching on steep slopes, but the avalanches were small and manageable.
Snowpack
- Instability Comment
-
We observed some fresh natural loose sluff activity on steep north facing slopes, and we easily triggered loose dry avalanches on steep sunny slopes.

The new powder snow from yesterday was deeper down low, gradually becoming shallower as we climbed.
