- <p>Found the surface hoar weak layer about 16" deep. Pocket, one pit had weak layer in half of it and not in the other. Not very reactive, failed at 15, but didn't slide off just settler a bit. Did not propagate on ECT. Lots of people skiing West Monitor without incident, we stuck to low angles.</p>
