Quick report
Mostly easy travel, although setting a skin track was a bit challenging on steeper sections that held dry snow and seemed to be mostly facets on the upper pack. Surface hoar from what I suspect was thurs night. No signs of wet or dry avalanche problems and snow surface was just getting moist around 3 pm on solar aspects (at upper elevations)

Moderate wind gusts seemed to come out of the south for the most part.
Snowpack
Dry powder on north and even west facing aspects with trees/shade. I’m not sure if the fir trees like when you push off their snow hats but sometimes i do it anyways…
