Quick report
We dug two pits on NW and SW aspects of a glacial feature of ~30-31 degrees, near the toe of the Canwell (about 3miles up from the road) suspected windloading, (SE side of feature wind scoured with exposed rock) about 150-165 cm deep snow across both pits (shallower on the south side). CTN, ECTN on the SW, similar on the NW, CT fracture at 27 about 30cm deep, but no slide, and no prop on the ECT, everything looked right side up with better consolidation on the SW aspect, about 10-20cm fist hard, then about 50cm four finger hardness, a 5-10cm fist hard layer on the NW pit that wasn’t seen on the SW pit.
