Experienced whumphing and cracking on the lower angle part of the slope above the slide. Did not experience any of these on the NW facing slope I skied.

Avalanche

Observed a crown of about 18 inches tall and 30 feet across that slid on the east facing aspect of Eddington canyon. Looked to occur before the snowfall on Saturday night. Looks to have slid naturally.
