Was touring around the USA Bowl area and went for a look at the NE slopes off of Scotts Hill. As I turned around to head up to the antennas and take a look at the Monitors, I felt a collapse and heard what sounded like a slide. It wasn't until I got up to the antennas and looked back that I saw the avalanche. Crown looked to be 1.5 ft. and and about 125 ft. wide. Unclear how far it ran. Slide entrained quite a bit of snow and definitely could have buried someone.
