Quick Observation
Had a nice spring romp up partway up the SE ridge of Mount Howard. Ascended to about 2000m then skied decent corn on S facing open slopes. Lots of evidence still visible of large avalanches during the atmospheric river, but we didn't see much newer avalanche activity in the area; no obvious cornice failures or natural wind slab releases. It was a very warm and sunny day.
