Quick report
Nice to be back in town, despite the lack of moisture. Appreciated the near moguls on Tom's and East Face. Found soft turns in some poking around trees in between but low snow pack with deadfall and brush remains a hazard, so beware the lone track.
On the tour up from Spruces, just noticed the effect of the sun on the east aspects at lower elevations especially early in the morning, minor wind effect on the northeast ridge running up to Reynold's summit. The cornice is fairly beat back and minimal overhang but about 3-4' in places. Really consistent skiing with predictable conditions and a beautiful sunrise on top of a named mountain.
Did spot some point releases or skier sluffs out on Raymond and Gobblers.
