Quick report
Heavy winds on the ridge of Disappointment Peak. We ski cut The Spoon twice and thought snow felt stable and good enough to descend. Wind loading did not seem apparent from plain sight. Half way through couloir, skier one kicked a roughly 2 foot wind slab that carried them 500ish feet to the run out of the Couloir. Skier was not barried.
