Quick report

Multiple crowns and avalanches observed on other aspects while skinning up the ridgeline and looking from the top of the Old Growths. All appear to have ran yesterday. A crown with long propagation noted below the Perch (east facing side). Banana Chute also appeared to have ran yesterday, debris in the trees below the chute. We were also able to see a very large crown at the top of Bloody couloir. Pleasant skiing in protected trees. But could feel the snow warming and settling by midday. Wind exposed areas had hollow and stiff windboard. We did not dig a pit, but with random probing we could feel a crust / firm layer about 90cm down, then the rain crust at 125cm down. Below that the facet layer. With a total depth of about 230cm (9200 ft).
