Quick report

Lower elevations 9400-10000ft north facing aspects had persisting faceted snow. Solar aspects at same elevations had coral and windboard forming woth pockets of brakeabke crust. 10000-11200ft had softening snow and pockets of surface slush on solar aspects, woth firm windboard on shaded faces and at higher elevations. We did not see any signs of instability up high but did noticed somewhat recent rockfall/mudslide/wet slide at the lower end of solar bowl in the negatives zone of june lake. We traveled as normal on softer surfaces but ski crampons and boot pack was needed on steeper windboard sections of accent. We accent Yost bowl to zero bowl.
