variable surface conditions from dry loose to windboad, did not observe any new avalanches, or any cracking/collapsing. dug a pit near friendship pass @4650 ft on a southern aspect with a slope angle of 38°. weather was -5°c wind was calm from the north, crystal clear sky. found a steeper wind loaded slope snow pack was deep at this location 300cm. we did have propagation ECTP13 25cm down.
