Quick report
We toured from the Sunburst parking lot to around 2000 ft in the taylor creek valley. We observed the trace of new snow to be undisturbed by wind to 2000'. Some cross loading was observable on the North face of magnum, particularly farther back toward Taylor pass but no wind slab avalanches. We found surface hoar buried under the trace of new snow at low elevations but could not find it at Treeline or above. No new glide avalanches from the many cracks currently on Sunburst south face.
