Quick report
The snowfield after the initial step was loaded with a 10cm thick windslab from the 2/23-24 wind event. Hand shears demonstrated fast & clean results. Once past this 500’ snowslope, the remainder of the route was largely scoured to old surface & water ice. Overall impression is limited hazard aside from this small pocket of instability. Limited snow available for wind transport.
