This avalanche looks like it came down recently perhaps on April 11th or April 12th as a result of the warm days. It appears to have been a wet avalanche that slid from the top of the northern most of two ravines just northwest of the Indian Springs campground in the Upper Grove Creek area. The slide terminated in the lower grove of aspens and did past the road. We also saw another rather large avalanche off the northwestern ridgeline that ascends up to North Timp that came down probably at the same time but did not hike over to view it closely.
