Witnessed all the debris left over by the March 15th cycle.
Lower 300m of the Top Hat chute are crusty with 15cm on top. The bottom of the valley is just filled with massive debris accumulation that are managable yet tricky.
In the upper slopes conditions are stable with up to 30cm fresh snow, slightly wind affected.
Exiting the valley was the most challenging part, with debris reaching the creek and wet snow all around, kept skis on with skins all the way, but took up twice as much time as usual.
