Quick report
We toured up from Crystal mid morning and did one lap in Cement basin and then descended Buillon to the car. Snow on the up varied considerably with areas of unconsolidated powder and other areas with a storm slab between 1-4 in thick that was non reactive on multiple hand shear tests. The snow on the descent into Cement was dense and heavy but stable with no signs of instability noted. The snow in Buillon was lighter and more enjoyable with again no signs of instability. The only recent avalanche we saw was the one in Cement triggered by a skier noted in a prior observation here.
