Toured to Diamond Head and Windy Knob. High quality low density powder observed on virtually every aspect. One ski cut produced slow moving slough on approx. 30 degree east facing slope. No surface cohesion. Quick hand pit revealed approx 15 cm of new snow over somewhat firm layer that appeared to be wind transported surface snow from a few days ago. Generally right side up and stable snowpack.
