Quick report
Went Skiing up in yurtski zone yesterday, conditions were great for skiing, and we observed no obvious signs of instability during our hike. No recent avalanches were seen or collapsing. That being said we got an ECT 23 on our pit test which propagated on the buried surface hoar layer. Just a friendly reminder that you may not see signs of instability but the layer has not bonded yet and could yield an avalanche if terrain choice is not chosen properly.
