Carnarvon/Top Hat

Low vis but good snow and a great day on the Carnarvon ridge/Top Hat traverse. Winds were moderate at ridge line early afternoon. We started to notice some changing conditions on our second lap. Some minor shooting cracks in lee areas. We noticed a recent cornice failure triggering a size 1.5 off of the Top Hat in the gully skier's right of the exit and saw natural activity from steep terrain off the President. Snowing lightly mid-afternoon.
