Tent Ridge

Another beautiful day to be out. Light breeze from the south. Settled snow still skiable for NE aspect, but warmer temps/solar input are changing conditions quickly for anything not north facing, shaded & protected. Don't get a late start like I did. Stayed away from Skiers right & middle of slope as looked thin and rocky short distance below ridge line. Kept the slope angle skied to about 30 degrees max.

Two each 3-4 cm crusts within top 18 cm of snowpack. Mostly facets below crust layers & showing 2-3 finger hardness. Weaker/weakest near base of snowpack.
