Mount Rohr

Great day out, snow skied really well, creamy texture in the sun, and shaded slopes had great powder skiing. Snow was heavy below lake elevation

Wind was coming from either the north or northeast and was noteworthy. We noticed blowing snow on the ridge. Without the wind and clouds it would’ve been very warm

Lots of pinwheeling on south facing slopes, and lots of tree bombs in the forest. We didn’t observe any instabilities on the slopes we skied. Massive cornices over north facing slopes of Rohr ridge
